I have been insured with American Family for 35 years, and my parents started with them before that. We have had very few agents over the years, but non have been better than the Roberta Hawes Agency. Everyone there is very well versed, helpful, so nice, but one stands out. Wanda is who I speak with 99% of the time. Her depth of knowledge is exceptional. If you what fast, reliable answers speak to her. They are all good, but she has gone the extra mile for us when we needed it.

Ms. Hawes knowledge of the insurance world is second to none, and if I ever have a question I do not hesitate to contact her. She has always had extremely helpful and polite team members that help take any frustrations out of my insurance transactions. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to say that I am so happy I switched all of my insurance - Auto and homeowner insurance to American Family Ins with Roberta Hawes!!! She helped me through my transition process moving from Geico - She put me at ease with her expertise explaining all of the insurance details with me. The prices also very reasonable - I was able to set up a new personal umbrella policy with my new combined rates. I LOVE the know your drive app so that helps with discounts and rates my as well!! I have been with American Family for only about two years. I have never dealt or spoke with Roberta so I cannot comment or rate her. However I have dealt with Wanda directly at American Family and I give her 5 out of 5 stars. Yes I only rated American Family 4 stars but that is because I feel that they are more pricey than other insurance companies, but even though they are a little bit pricey we will stay with them for now.
