Ketterer agency has been my car and home insurance provider for many years. Brian was very personable and helpful to me over the years. I had a car accident for the first time in my life, and there were a couple of surprises as I worked through all the issues. This time I worked with AJ and he helped to straighten out all the billing issues and explanations that I needed. He was great to work with, even enjoyable! I strongly recommend working with him. I have bveen with State Farm for many years. Even though i haven't had to file claims very often, but whenever I do, I find their process easy to use, timely responses, and very helpful staff in Brian Ketterers office. Even if i just have a question, i get a response back fast like he was sitting there waiting for my email, and it doesn't matter what day of the week or time of day either.
