The staff was very helpful but honestly State Farm just doesn’t care. The company raised my prices by $200+ dollars after an accident despite accident forgiveness. I called for an explanation as to why the increase was so drastic and none could be given. They said they’d call back and never did. I got new insurance and called requesting to have my policy cancelled as of 02/01/25… I just got the letter from State Farm saying they cancelled my policy as of the date I called. My new insurance doesn’t start until 02/01/25… honestly, I’m just glad I’m done with them. After having State Farm from the age of 16-36, it’s pretty ridiculous that they care so little.
