The pictures process of your car is a nightmare, not user friendly. Whoever idea was this still living in 1800's. I wonder how much money the company is losing on making money.

I had a truly frustrating experience with this Estrella insurance office, and I highly recommend steering clear of it. From the very beginning, the customer service was incredibly unprofessional. The staff seemed completely unaware of the services they were offering, and it was clear that they lacked basic knowledge about the insurance policies they were handling. To make matters worse, they made a critical mistake by incorrectly copying my name and surname on the policy, which rendered the entire document invalid. When I brought this issue to their attention, not only did they fail to fix it, but they also couldn’t offer any solutions to resolve the problem.
