Robert Graham: Allstate Insurance

Stay away from this agency, not willing to help at. They don’t even try. With such a great driving history if I am paying such a high premium for a single car than can’t images how expensive this is going to be for people with bad driving history. We have home and auto but still with that it’s so expensive.

He had great communication skills, and listen thoroughly to provide my needs. He is awesome! I wish him the best back for helping me, and family. The lady that help answer the phone did a super job. Absolute WORST State Farm agent I have ever dealt with. Actually never spoke to him! They do not get back with you, do not fix problems unless you call multiple times. I sold an investment home and needed about 30 days more coverage until closing. I sent in the partial payment. Started receiving messages that my policy would expire in September, home closed late August. No problem, right? I called and told them my home had closed. Then I get notice they have to have proof. Then I get turned over to collection for payment. Called in and said you owe me! Promised it would be fixed. Over next 6 mo more collection notices and more calls to them.
