We had a roof damage claim. It was a lengthy process. At first, State Farm corporate denied the claim due to technicalities. However, Natalie with David St. Charles was incredible. She worked tirelessly with the roofer and corporate to make sure our claim was properly handled. Natalie made sure we were clearly communicated with and waked with us each step along the way.
