We did business for many years without a problem, I had sold my business and eventually started a new one when I called to insure equipment I was getting a run around, eventually I was denied a policy do to unpaid premium ! This may be approximately the 3rd review I have ever left in my life and I can assure all that I have Never not paid my bills !

I have utilized Dempsey insurance agency for approximately 3 years. Kevin, Erin, Chelsea and Marshall are great to work with and accommodating in addition to answering my questions when they arise. They try and obtain the best premium while not sacrifice adequate coverage. I have referred friends to them and they have not been disappointed.

I've been with Dempsey's for many years. I stay with them because they're the BEST. My contact is in the Moravia office, but I live near Auburn, so having all 3 locations is awesome. Thanks Chris and thanks to Cindy for all of your expertise. You ROCK.

Everyone is always kind there and they work well with their clients. Love the reminder phone calls when payment is due, sometimes it slips our minds. Very much appreciated.
