Rude and unprofessional service. Complete waste of my time. Took quotes for home and auto from eight different agencies over the course of a week and this agency really stood out as just awful. Avoid like the plague

As a 16 year customer of MM&D insurance, this year I would give them zero stars if I could. Ever since Ryan left, this agency has gone completely downhill. The agency failed to do their job, and as a result I lost my insurance policies. I relied on MM&D to handle my account professionally and communicate important updates and requirements, but they failed miserably. I had set up automatic direct debit and they failed to follow through. Instead of getting any heads up or notice, I only found out after my policies were cancelled due to their incompetence. I unknowingly went without home or auto insurance for weeks! I have yet to receive a return phone call from management. Phillip was amazing to work with—like whatever your stresses about purchasing insurance are—just reach out and ask for him. The price was so good, and the service even better. If there was an issue? All I had to do was text or email and he fixed it immediately. He’s laid back without losing an ounce of professionalism. Working with Phillip to do the home insurance was, hands-down, the easiest and least stressful part of the home buying experience and I feel well covered, too. I will definitely use MM&D, and specifically work with Phillip, for any future needs.

At the risk of aging myself, I’ve been with this company for 20 years as Ryan has always been a huge asset in handling my home and auto insurance regularly checking for additional savings and dealing with the paperwork and headaches so I don’t have to. Imagine my surprise when I was assigned a new agent as it seems Ryan is no longer there. Which was fine because I had faith in the company as a whole. We switched my existing auto and home policy from a company I’ve had for years, to a company for considerably less. This of course sounded great however this company is known to decline after you’ve enrolled. This is quite possible the best customer service I’ve received from any company regardless of industry. Ryan and his team provide an exceptional service and coverage at a low cost no other insurance company in the area could match. Whenever I called with a request or claim their response times were impressive and they stayed on top of it until it was satisfied. They’re very personable and make you feel like part of their family which is why I highly recommend them.
