Didn't cancel my auto insurance, when I called, and texted them, they waited, so they could charge me, instead

My husband and I did have homeowners insurance with Allstate and after speaking with Mr Fleagle and Mr Burch reviewing our policies we looked into our auto and received better coverage bundling them. Both agents were extremely pleasant with explaining the pro of our policies. I feel confident that we made a wise decision using Allstate for our insurance needs.

I have been a customer with this agency since 95. Recently I had I had a claim for water damage in my basement when I had a leam. The process has gone smoothly and the restoration company that was sent out EcoClean has done a good job.

Mr Burch and his affiliates provide premium service. They seek out the best policies to suit my needs and they keep me up to date with options that could save me money. I've been working with Robert for nearly four years now and have no complaints. Grade A
