I could not be more pleased since I started with this insurance company. For 6 years I was with the same insurance company in Grafton MA Gaudette Insurance where I was let down completely. I can be a bit unorganized at times and RA Parker has been the perfect solution for me. What I mean by that… when you have a bill due, cancellation pending, anything of that nature Parker’s staff will call you and text you on a daily basis to make sure you are taken care of. Is it their responsibility to make sure all your insurance bills are paid? Not at all. But the fact that you can depend on this company to reach out like they do when any changes are made or any payment is due speaks for itself.
