We've been with Gaudette for over 20 years for both our personal and business insurance. And we haven’t been the easiest account either. But everyone at any of the offices has always been so helpful. We wouldn't have stuck with them for so long otherwise. We just worked with Jean in Whitinsville for an auto registration. The title was a bit challenging because it was an estate sale. But Jean knew exactly how to process it and she was awesome. This wasn't the first time, nor will it be the last that I will rely on Gaudette to help me out and make my life a little bit easier.

I called at 9:30 and had a new policy by 10:45. Belkis went above and beyond and was patient and kind. I highly recommend Gaudette if you want a pleasant and easy experience.

I reached out to Gaudette at there suggestion, i was in the office for someone else and I mentioned my car insurance rates where getting out of hand, the agent I was talking to said send me your coverage and I will see if i can find anything or better, the worst I can do is tell you that you have a good policy. So I did a month ago, i was told by the Agent that they had received the papers, since then I have left two voicemails, i went on the chat box and was told someone would contact me back. No one has contacted me back. I don't know about there policy's but there professionalism does not even get a rating, however i had to click one star or I could not post my review.

I originally had my car and rental policies with Haagsma Insurance and enjoyed working with Jim for over 20+ years. When he passed, Gaudette Insurance purchased some of his accounts, which included mine and wanted to give them a try. I was assigned Jessica Young as my agent.
