Wish I could leave a positive review but I can't. I visited their office looking to alter my existing SAFECO coverage or consider moving to another company to lower my premium. It ended up being the strangest sales experience I have ever had. The lady that I was speaking with clearly had no interest in helping me reduce my monthly premium. I came to the conclusion that because I was looking for a policy with lower limits and coverage amounts they were not interested in doing business with me. I ended up buying a policy directly from Progressive and they sold me exactly what I wanted. I started out hoping to buy a policy from a local agent but Sullivan Agency was not interested in selling me what I wanted. Helen and I (Snowbirds Seniors ) dropped in for a quote on a 2008 5th wheel we had purchased for permanent placement in a R/V Park. Jennifer a retired CPA now working with her husband’s business was there to help us. Lovely Lady , easygoing and with a very pleasant manner . The process was effortless and the quote was by far the best. We will be using this business - established in 1976 for our future needs.
