Went to the local DMV to change a license plate - the line was outside the door. Went to RL Jones and was delighted to have met Jose Bedoy. We were all done and he had me out the door in less than 7 minutes. I can't recommend this office enough for ALL your automobile registration, licensing and even fingerprints!

I went into RL Jones Insurance today just needing a notary and walked out a customer for life. The customer service was excellent,Alma helped us and was absolutely amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful, even though they were busy. What really stood out, though, was how kid-friendly this place is. They actually welcome families. There’s a kids’ area with coloring, art, free arcade games, and even snacks and drinks. Coffee, water, juice,thoughtful touches you just don’t see anymore. So many businesses make you feel uncomfortable for bringing your kids, as if everyone can afford childcare. We needed to get paperwork done, and RL Jones made it easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back for licenses, paperwork, and notary services, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know. Y

Why does this place have a phone? Nobody will answer. I've called 10 times in 2 days. Maybe if I drive over there someone will help me. Not going to hold my breath on that one.

The service here is horrible all they want is your money. Bit when you ask them to do something they dint and ignore u... thumbs down.

This place is awesome to get tags and insurance. I went in to get my title switched and to get tags, I'm moving across country and the lady said she could do a permit and temporary tags so I don't have to pay twice and don't have to worry about the title getting mailed. Also I was needing insurance and she got me completely set up with roadside assistance at a cheap price. I would highly recommend this place, it's worth the wait in line
