I've always recommended Scott (and RFIC) to friends and family for their insurance. He's incredibly knowledgable and thoughtful, making sure their needs are understood and met. There's been nothing but positive experiences with him, and can't recommend him enough.

I usually never review places, especially negatively but this was rough, and i thought I should warn folks. After an easy start with Joe, a nice guy, about a towing request, I asked about my auto-renewed insurance policy. He told me it went up by a significant amount. I asked if there was any way he could notify me next time, which he said was not possible, which i now understand may be a tough request, though i dont believe it's unreasonable. The owner starts cursing and yelling from across the room. Up until this point Joe and I were having a regular conversation. The owner said i could take my business elsewhere and that he would call the cops if i did not leave or he would drag me out.
