Jen Rivard - State Farm Insurance Agent

FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. When another State Farm agent in town that we had been using totally let us down, Jen and her team helped us out. Our agent was never in the office, never returned calls, and failed to cancel our policy when we requested it. We went to Jen’s agency just hoping that they might be able to help us. The team immediately stepped up and resolved the issue even though we weren’t insured thru them. I highly recommend Jen Rivard.

OMG ! This girls are grate! I have the worst experience with the other agent and believe me next year I’m getting info from them , I had a very bad experience with agents in the past but they help me with my problem right away! Total recommending this office of State Farm if you have insurance with the other girl transfer now all your policies to them there are really good and helpful! I give them 10 of 5 starts

I did a water insurance claim back in 2021 after purchasing my home. The cost to repair far exceeded the reimbursed amount. The claim that ended up being $1800 in reimbursement has cost me much more in additional insurance costs and time to find someone who would insure me. After that $1800 claim State Farm also dropped me. I am still dealing with long term implications from this one claim. I decided to change my auto as well since they dropped my home and I had to go back to them to get that properly prorated and my money refunded.

Jen and all of the amazing people who work at Jen Rivard-State Farm Insurance are so incredibly helpful! We switched over from a different insurance company because it was going to lower our monthly payments by quite a bit. They are always happy to answer questions and very quick to reply and get back to any inquiry we have. We highly recommend Jen Rivard and her team to anyone looking for a new insurance agent!

These agents have been with me and my family every step of the way. Friendly funny and oh so very caring and helpful. They even had a Jake. I loved telling people Jake from State Farm was really my agent. I would recommend this agency and their staff to any and everyone. We really really love all of them.
