For some reason I was asked to provide a review of my experiences with First Insurance Group. I've had multiple insurance policies with First Insurance Group for many years. My contact with First Insurance Group has been minimal and primarily related to policy amendments. I don't remember ever filing a claim on any of the insurance policies so I can't comment on their efficiency or lack thereof. The First Insurance Group personnel have been courteous and helpful when I have contacted them regarding policy questions but that's about the extent of my relationship with the company.

I have been at James & Sons for years and when it became First Insurance I stayed and with Adam Costello there I am pleased that I did. When my son moved back to this area and purchased a home he needed insurance service and Adam was decisive and handled his home needs.He is always available for help with advice and product.

My family have been clients for many years and Lynn has been just beyond helpful! She is always so helpful and pleasant and when my circumstances changed, she went out of her way to get me an amazing rate that matched my needs. So very nice to find this kind of commitment.

Been with this company for years. They’ve always looked out for the best rates for me and notify me when they find them. My policy also covers glass. They had my windshield replaced immediately without any adjustments to my rates. Couldn't ask for better service! Thank you!

Andy has been our agent for 20+ years and has always had our best interest at heart. It think it says a lot when you have the same agent for that long. I highly recommend him and First Insurance Group!
