Decided to take my taxes here this year for the first time…terrible experience. I had to call in twice over two months to find out that there was issues with my taxes and they were rejected. When I tried calling to talk to the owner about the issues I ran into he disregarded my message and I have yet to hear anything from him. Now I am waiting 8 months to a year to even see my return.
