The REAL test of an agency comes in to play when help is needed with a claim, well I hope that day never comes, but, here's my story: I needed to move both my homeowners and auto insurances and was happy to discover that the Riemenschneider Insurance Agency in downtown Lansdale represented Erie Insurance Company. I did move both insurances with the agency. Overall, the process went well, but there were some frustrating issues with their communications. When getting estimates upfront, the rep Katie named the 2nd, I think, version of the digital policy file “final", which was incorrect, I needed a number of iterations, so of course I, as the insured, decide when the changes/updates are "final", so for clarity, I would recommend changing the file attachment names to version 1, version 2,
