We worked with Kyle to find and sign up for new car insurance. Kyle and the entire team was extremely helpful. Kyle listened to our needs and found us coverage that fit our needs. Kyle even ran several different simulations to give us the best coverage. I feel extremely comfortable working with a small office where I know the phone or email will be answered. It gives me a huge peace of mind to know that a real person will be there to help me. I feel confident with our decision to switch from another major insurance company to state farm. I recently switched to State Farm for my vehicle insurance and wanted to share my appreciation for Mr. Joe. Since I’m new to all of this, he took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood my options. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t upsell any coverage I didn’t need and genuinely worked to help lower my monthly payment by checking which discounts I qualified for. If I could leave a zero, I would. I did an online quote for homeowners insurance with State Farm and purposefully did NOT leave the optional phone number so that I wouldn't be harassed by an agent. The following day, "Kyle" starts calling my EX-WIFE (over 10 years) divorced and leaving voice mails about trying to get in touch with me about my "homeowners quote". NO idea how they got a cell number from my ex of over 10 years for a house that I bought that was after my divorce and had nothing to do with her. Why are they providing my confidential information about quotes for a house to my ex-wife!! Then the agent in charge (John) called me and totally lied and said Kyle simply reached out to numbers associated with my home (a lie--my ex was never involved in any way with my current home

Kyle helped me in setting up a new auto policy. He explained everything well and made sure to get me the best coverage on my budget. I can tell he actually cares instead of just trying to “push a sale”. Highly recommend
