Michael from State Farm has gone over and beyond the call of duty. He treated my situation like it was his own, and that made all the difference when I was feeling helpless. Having someone in my corner like that truly mattered. I can guarantee you that this type of dedication is what makes me feel like a valued customer instead of just another numbered client.

Before you read, there’s another agent in Cedar Hill. Consider them as this office is a joke. This agent and his team with the exception of two people are incompetent. And again, they are a reflection of the agent, this agent had several accounts of mine and somehow him and his team found a way to lose all of them. The most recent issue is that my life insurance company as cancelled with no notice, because this team updated the account partially with my new address 5 months ago but not the full system. This is unacceptable as they have my number and could have called, just like they have called so many times trying to solicit my business. At first, excellent service and they offered me a good price for my insurance for both vehicles. But just two payments later, they increased the automatic payment too much. They did not respect the original price they offered me at the beginning.
