Sadly I was in an accident that totaled my car. Rick Milanak, my State Farm Agent, was incredibly helpful getting me through the process to obtain payment for my car. The offer was fair, and I was able to purchase the same vehicle as the one I lost. Rick worked behind the scenes to make sure my claim moved quickly. I was kept informed by the State Farm claim staff. They were helpful with their end of the process, too. While losing my car was a sad experience, Rick and the State Farm claims adjusters made it a better experience.
