Claire works with Aubrey. Do to a cancer battle Claire helped us navigate through forms and through her claims department to get us money we were owed. She was very prompt with me and always followed up with us on everything. If she didn't hear anything she always checked in to let us know where things were at in the moment. Awesome lady and a great help!!

We recently had a Homeowners claim that resulted from a power surge. Todd was so helpful guiding me through the claim process. He followed up every day to make sure our claim was progressing. Solid and professional work. The claim was resolved quickly and the settlement was very reasonable. Aubrey also called to make sure we were satisfied with State Farm’s response and efforts. Overall a very positive experience from an unfortunate incident. Much appreciation to Aubrey and her team.

Spoke with Claudia for about 30 minutes today and it is truly difficult to accurately capture just how helpful and kind she is! I am an existing client in the process of a vehicle change, feeling very overwhelmed with the research process, and with a few clicks and key strokes, Claudia has provided me with a mountain of gold of information!! For how stressful this process has been thus far, this was the most helpful step by far, and it means so much when someone relates with you on what you’re going through!
