I had the best experience with the agent that helped me today ( unfortunately I did not grab her business card so I don’t have her name) as well as her manager. They were able to help me when the gentleman on the phone was unable to due to his physical location. I’m so thankful that there’s an actual local physical location with friendly, relatable, and helpful staff. They not only got me the repair shop I wanted, but made this whole experience as easy as possible and took all the stress out of this situation. I hope everyone has as excellent agents as the Edwardsville Location. I’m only 38 and even though I’m decent with technology, I still prefer dealing in face to face interactions. I could not recommend State Farm enough.

When we arrived at the office, staff members cheerfully greeted us and offered us something to drink. Informed us that Rick was busy but told him we were there for our appointment. Staff was engaging and made us feel like old friends. Within 2 minutes, we were escorted to Rick's office and then met to discuss insurance policies. After pleasant discussion and no high pressure sales pitch, we decided that we did not need additional insurance was needed, but Rick did inform us of some policy information that we did not know. Enjoyed meeting with Rick and his staff.
