Just called to get answers about how to get a title transitioned to my name to be able to sell a vehicle that I inherited. The vehicle is in Illinois and I live in Florida. The gentleman I spoke with just stopped being willing to help and said I can't talk about this much longer. Thanks for nothing every time I call this place on how to do the correct and legal thing.

I had an appointment and they took walk ins before me. 30 minutes after my appointment time I am still waiting. Three people “working” and only two are actually helping people, even though there are 12 people in the waiting room. The guy not helping people isn’t even answering the phone, someone helping someone in person keeps stopping to answer the phone. They’ve been open for 30 minutes and are still helping the first two people.

I haven’t been to the DMV in years. Was able to do everything online. Today I had to go in person so I prepared for a long uncomfortable day with a positive attitude and the wife brought her kindle. We were welcomed once we entered by a lady closest to the door. She asked me what do I need and do I have an appointment. I said I was informed no appointment needed. JENNIFER ask to see my information and ask me a few questions and commence to filling out all my required paperwork and had us out of there in probably 10 minutes. Shout out to Jennifer! So courtesy, professional and knowledgeable in what I needed to complete. She expeditiously got us out of there and jumped in to help the next in line. Jennifer is an example professional. Thank you Jennifer!

This is the fastest and most friendly experience I’ve ever had at a DMV. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes to get my IL dl. Craig gave great service!
