Friendly service IF you keep their insurance… bt when needed to cancel, get help w a policy, or go else where, rudest customer service Ive seen yet!! Kinda immature as well…. Its a shame! I found more coverage, cheaper monthly payments, & a deductible tht won’t empty my savings acct… just in order to get my property fixed! Thank you Farmers Mutual!! Y’all are awesome!!
