I was a customer for nearly 30 years and had never filed a claim for my home. But after a hail storm damaged the shingles on my home, I filed a claim and was met with the bureaucracy of those nightmarish stories of insurance companies that put you through the ringer of deny, defend, and depose. We have been with Rick for many years! The thing that we like the best about him is that whenever my husband either calls him or goes into his office, Rick knows him and calls him by name and is very personable.
