Terrible service. I initially hired them for general liability insurance for my company, and they were very attentive until after I made the payment. They sent me the policy a week later. I requested a quote for workers' compensation insurance, and I've been trying to pay for it for practically three weeks. On top of that, they never answer the phone. They also charged me two days before the due date and didn't even bother to send me the updated policy. I had to call to request it. They are practically costing me money because I need these documents to prove that I'm insured to construction companies. Honestly, I will look for other options because this company is awful.

Used him for years. One of the nicest guys out there but horrible at communication. Changes I thought were made a year ago weren't. Changed insurance and got about 900 a year on savings with better coverage

I'm on board with Amanda. I've been with am family for years and the price increases each year is awful. They insure everything I own. The agents don't answer their phones and neither do their employees, I had to contact the main headquarters to get through. I'm going to shop around, I pay way too much with them now.

Unfortunately Alberto is very slow to respond and we have had issues in general with changes, updates and help overall. It is frustrating that we have to make 2-3 calls/texts to get things done.

Mynor looked for solutions to help me. He didnt give up and found a way to help me. He also took the time to educate me and made sure I understood. He is the best!
