Very happy with my experience with Rick Baker & Associates Insurance. I needed to add a vehicle to my policy and had everything done immediately. Great people. I can speak highly of Cheryl (agency manager) and team there! I tried to get them to quote for home insurance and unfortunately, none of their carriers would write a policy given my proximity to trees (fire risk?). Thought it was a strange on the carrier's part, as I'm in a relatively suburban neighborhood. But the folks at Rick Baker were great to work with regardless, and were very communicative during the process.

Rick, Cheryl, and Ethan are great to work with. My family uses RB insurance for everything are are very satisfied with the rates and service. If you ever have questions, they are just a few quick rings away and are always fast to reply when emailed. I highly recommend checking them out.

I have had insurance through Rick Baker since 1991, with a lapse of over a decade after Hartford was no longer renewing certain types of coverage. After a string of mediocrity with other underwriters and agencies, I found Hartford was once again offering what I needed. Rick got answers to everything in about half a day, and coverage the following morning. Now to make some changes in phone service and credit card processing. I am on a tear to disassociate with "losers", and find professionalism wherever I can. Thank you to Rick Baker Insurance, and Hartford.
