Erika Lousberg: Allstate Insurance

In my annual review of insurance I ran across Allstate and they were much cheaper than my Liberty Mutual. Got connected with Erika's agency and they were mostly very helpful. In their eagerness to close deals, their attention to detail was lacking severely. The sent me someone else's policy documents! Several emails and phone calls straightened everything out. Had I not reviewed everything I would have been screwed on my coverage. While Erika's agency is responsive double check EVERYTHING.

Erika was thorough and efficient in finding the best value for our insurance needs for our home and automobiles. No one loves insurance "shopping" but Erika made this a fruitful and painless process. Thank you to Erika and her team!

Erika Lousberg had her staff get pictures of my property and mail those pictures to me. I'm not a customer so this is creepy. Will definitely avoid this type of insurance agent.
