Hendry at RSS helped my husband and me close on a house several years ago - she was incredibly responsive and helpful. I didn't realize just how much so until we began going through the closing process on a second home outside Richmond, where the agency is much less helpful and much more expensive. Hendry made the process seamless and painless and I wish we could use her again :) Highly recommend!!
