The service was great. Mario was wonderful. Call me back on his own time to help me figure out why my policy monthly premium was not the same . then I realized he helped me understand it better. very happy with the service the best. I received a cancellation notice for my car insurance,I still don’t understand the reason, no one called me to explain why? The service was terrible, and very cold. They only care about money.

Richard McKenna is an excellent Allstate agent. Always caring and attentive. On the other hand, Allstate insurance charges way too much especially for loyal long-time customers like me.
