Although ultimately I blame myself, I recently found out that I have been charged high NYC rates. I am in Buffalo, NY and as I was checking around for comparative prices-I found out that I will now be paying almost $800.00 less- for more coverage! Literally overpaid by thousands as I have been with them for 20 years. Very disappointed.
