Rich Galt - State Farm Insurance Agent

I’ve been with State Farm for over 12 years, and unfortunately, there seems to be no appreciation for long-term customers at this location. My experience with EJ has been extremely disappointing. She consistently sounds rushed and uninterested in helping, as if assisting customers is an inconvenience. She is quick to transfer calls and place you on hold — even close to their 5 PM closing time — which feels dismissive and unprofessional. Most concerning, someone else’s address was added to my account. We all know how something like that can affect insurance rates. When I called to have it corrected, there was no urgency or accountability.
