My family/I have been members of the Allstate company for years. My agent Rhonda P Myers is fantastic. Not only is she very knowledgeable in what she does, but her staff is also. Tracy explained in detailed the changes to my upcoming renewal and I am very satisfied with it. She was very kind/understanding and patiently listened to my concerns as well as answered my questions. I highly recommend Allstate to anyone seeking car/home coverages.

Tracy responds quickly to phone calls and emails and promptly made the changes to my policy when I moved from one location to another. She made it so easy and I feel confident in her guidance as well as her ability to process the changes to my policy.

Julia was EXCEPTIONAL. She was extremely diligent and professional with helping me get a claim submitted when I got rear ended. She guided me through the process with ease and significantly lightened the burden of a very stressful situation. Honestly if I was able to give negative Stars I would. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Allstate. My agent, Mark, did not go into great detail about the protection plan, which the company is now not honoring. Furthermore, I filed a claim on August 31, 2025, and as of today, September 22, 2025, a fair settlement has not been reached. The communication has been severely lacking. My adjuster, Collette Stein, has been extremely unhelpful throughout this process. I must acknowledge that insurance agent Tracy at this location was extremely helpful in getting the ball rolling to some degree. However, Allstate has truly let me down. I am extremely disappointed and, even after offering a fair proposal, I still have not come to a fair settlement or agreement. I strongly advise
