I really like that they give you a curtisy call because life can get crazy sometimes
This place ripped me off way longer than I should have let them. I told the lady I need her to find me cheaper insurance, she said let's wait so I waited for a year finally went to Allstate full coverage $121.00 a month. I had The General thru rhea county $238.00 a month same coverage. RCI RIPOFF

The general puts ads in their mailed bills! I called The General customer service and they confirmed that ads are sent with their bills. The worst part is there is no way to opt out. I asked!
