When I called the representative was so helpful and kind. He even waited on hold while I took a call from my hospital. Prices were lower then any other companies. It was over all a great experience. The price was 20.00+ cheaper per month dealing with Direct, directly. I would suggest stay AWAY from the insurance market place and deal with this company one on one. So simple just making a phone call!
