I previously left a bad review regarding Bill’s behavior toward me over the phone. After seeing an improvement in his attitude when he filed my taxes this year, I decided to delete that review and give the business another chance. Unfortunately, I had another negative experience today. I called because there is an issue with my tax refund. I specifically requested direct deposit, which is how I always receive my refund, and I was simply calling to ask why it wasn’t deposited into my bank account. Instead of helping resolve the issue, Bill brought up the fact that I had previously written a bad review.
