My boyfriend and I are beyond grateful to Kaitlyn. She found us great rates for homeowners and flood insurance and it was super quick too! We then found out that our VA home loan wouldn’t allow us to go with the original flood quote so Kaitlyn found us another, and went out of her way communicating with our mortgage lender to make sure we had everything we needed. She knew that was the last thing we needed before we were clear to close and she made us her top priority! She also went above and beyond to make sure we got a refund from the first flood insurance we went with. I am so thankful to her, she really had our back the entire time!
