Renee Frati - State Farm Insurance Agent

I can't believe I have to post a review like this. Me and my family going back generations have used Renae Frati State Farm as our go to insurance. Myself alone i had 4 auto policies and 2 renter policies over my 7 years needing insurance since I was 16. However, today put a bad taste in my mouth and after my twin sister having a similar experience I can not in good conscience continue to do business with them. I even work at a place that offers insurance and still chose to give State Farm my business until today. I recently got a new car and today I called with a simple question... why did my bill skyrocket by 150 dollars? I fired Renee Frati's franchise State Farm agency after recieving consistently poor customer service. The office personal are very nice to you when they sign you up to take your money. I had my home and auto insurance with this office for a few years. My auto insurance went up ever year even with no claims. This is still a mystery because any other insurance company reduces your rate giving you a credit for no claims. When I called to update my auto insurance after purchasing a new car, I recieved a huge statement bill which did not make any sense to me. I could never reach Renee Frati at the office during normal business hours. She would call back during random times never setting an appointment time to discuss my concerns. Best experience ever! I was stressed needing to find new home insurance due to my rate increasing. It was a pleasure and a convenience to have an agent and her capable staff available a short distance from my home. For about 15 years I enjoyed talking by phone and in person with them about my insurance issues. They were always helpful and friendly. When I moved out of state, I chose another local State Farm agency because I had such a good experience.

Renee and her team were wonderful to me and my son. She went over the options thoroughly, and advised us very professionally for both individual needs and business needs, including being very up front about when it would be better to choose a different agency/option. I highly recommend Renee Frati!
