Nancy's Insurance Connection

This company is awful. I closed out my insurance because I no longer had the recreational vehicle. Nobody told me there was a balance of $80. They just sent it to a collection agency. The collection agency based out of California never tried to contact me. I found out because I was checking on a new insurance plan with them. I'll never use this company again. Horrible agency

I went to this lady as a new contractor never having done business before. To get a license and a bond for my construction company.after running me through the questions she apparently didn't understand. Nor did I I'm new. She took my $1,200 check. Call me back the next day said she was going to give me back my check because they denied me because of her questions. I went and picked up an envelope from her I never opened.two days later she calls me back and says I'm calling you in to the police for fraud your check bounced. And there's a $35 fee on my bank account. Bring me that check now or on processing you to the police. I gave her back the unopened envelope. Told her I met her no harm she threatened me with the police again if I didn't give her the $35 to a bank account for a check I n
