Rene Rodriguez: Allstate Insurance

Rene was quick to get me a policy but after that he was essentially unreachable. Calls and emails were never returned. I felt more like a mark than a customer in this relationship. My rates then increased greatly for the renew without any contract. I had to call the corporate headquarters customer service to get any movement on anything here. My experience was disappointing to say the least.

No one answers the phone. It goes directly to the phone center. We were with them for years with 3 lines of business. We got a letter saying that they would cancel our insurance on a rental house. Our agent could of helped with this but i ended up working with different people all the time at the call center. I finally gave up and moved our business to another company. If I could 0 stars I would.

Rene and his team were awesome to work with. My former insurance company dropped the ball and left me without coverage going into the weekend in the middle of hail season. I was able to work with Rene and his team to obtain insurance that Saturday, it was quick and painless. I obtained better coverage for less money in the process. I'd highly recommend Rene and his Allstate team, they are true professionals.

I was in the hospital four times the last quarter of 2023. I could not pay my bills. I had to work with my mortgage co to put payments at the back of my loan and so on. Allstate sent me a bill for $195.00 for my insurance payment which I could not pay. Then sent the bill to a credit bureau. I don't even know which month the bill was for. Also my home insurance was increased by 2700.00 making my escrow account out of site. I would app appreciate you're cancelling 195.00 to clear up my credit.
