The bilingual service in both Spanish and English is a huge plus and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Anna is also wonderful and always provides friendly, helpful support. Natalie W. Was and IS absolutely amazing! If I have to describe where in just a few words, Professional, relatable and patient! I had 101 questions and she answered everyone one of em. Never felt rushed. I felt very heard and confident in what I am putting my money into. Seriously, y'all need to make clones of her and place a Natalie in every state farm office. I was in need of insurance so when I walked in the office , I exclaimed I need insurance so please give me some. Both of women graciously welcomed me in so we sat down and got to chatting and figured out what I needed and then got to work. First we tackled auto , then moved on to renters insurance, finally some Life insurance. Wow Gabby was truly an amazing person she explained everything and even helped me set up the App. What a truly amazing experience.
