I tried to call to cancel my policy here when I got my new vehicle and was put on my husband’s policy. The person I spoke to said there was a condition put in by the agent stating that only they could cancel policies, apparently it was a sub agency, but that she could amend it if I was just adding a vehicle on. If I want to cancel I should be able to as a policy holder. So they are supposedly able to cancel Mon-Fri 8-4 during business hours. I have called and emailed all day during these business hours and have not gotten a response or call back. Once I finally am able to get this cancelled, I will never go back. Horrible service.

I really don't make it a habit of leaving a bad review, but in this case it is warranted. I changed policy to go with another agency due to very poor customer service. Firstly, the agent did not acknowledge my cancellation notice, no surprise there. I contacted her again and it was acknowledge. Never received any other correspondence or payment notice then to my surprise, since I was set up for autopay, I received a collection notice. I do not recommend.

They Suck. They decided not to re new my home owners insurance due to discoloration to my roofing tiles and loose organic material. ( Nothing more than pine needles on the roof ) I kid you not !

Watch your premium sky rocket! don't be foolish, after being with baucom for years i noticed that the supposed taxes and fees were equal to our premiums. these people are crooks. AVOID AT ALL COST!. upon cancellation of the policy, these less than ethical people had the audacity to increase our premium the last month. and we didn't even get a thank you for making an agents car or boat payment! went to Geico, saving 45%, fees are under $5.00.

It has taken over 6 months and our claim has not been closed. Calls are not returned . Get information is impossible. We had Nationwide for years. To his was the first claim we were involved with. Also I bought a new car in May the dealer just needed proof I had insurance. I call office was told idk what he wants back and forth from dealer to insurance and then insurance person said let him figure it out you paid him alot of money didn't you?! Well wake up I've paid you alot too get off your butt and call dealer to find out what he needs in other words do your job. I don't know why we pay for agents they do nothing for us. To all your staff please look up the meaning for agent and post it all over your office!
