I was referred to this insurance company because they supposedly cater to the waste industry and support small businesses. I contacted Bill Owens for a quote on August 1st. Despite multiple follow-ups, I only received sporadic responses after weeks of silence, with apologies and promises that he was still working on it. It’s now September 22nd, and I still have no quote. The service has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable insurance support.

Rachel Won't take your information over the phone for a home or auto quote! Guess they don't want business! All the other companies we've called isn't lazy like that and take it all over the phone! Don't recommend calling and waisting your time with this company!

I asked for a quote on 3 insurance policies on 11/10/2017. On 11/27/17 I called and was told I would get a return call the next day. Today, 12/5/17, still nothing. How many stars would you give them?
