They always provide the best customer service and they always treat me with kindness and respect, and that’s very valuable for me. Not only they have helped me with my car insurance but also getting my Mexican vehicle permit to travel by land, saving me time, and the most important thing, to have a smoother and safe trip because I have the documents I need ready. Connie and the young lady working with her when I came to her office in Kilgore were welcoming, happy to answer questions, and quick in getting to work finding me coverage for my 18 wheeler, and on short notice. She still treats people who are not necessarily wealthy or influential with respect and shows them she is indeed happy to be of service to them . They always responded quickly when called on with questions I had or when I needed help otherwise. I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for an agent that isn't just relying on a big insurance company's name to get customers, but still trying to earn a persons business through good service and good relationship.
