I'm going to keep it short and simple. The agency has the most unprofessional and RACIST staff. I was purchasing a new car and was trying to get assistance with combining 2 car onto my policy and the lady(refused to give her name) was extremely rude and unhelpful. Old school Italians people that work there that still think all people of color are uneducated and unsuccessful
