I agree with Senorita Reyes. They are happy taking my money but the service stinks. They changed a small part of their benefits package and forced a me to re-enroll. They also cut my quarterly benefits flexible benefits package in half. Cutting service and benefits is the same as raising rates. Terrible.

Absolutely worst medical insurance, couldn’t get my breast pump bc none of their vendors delivered to my area and I could be reimbursed but not everyone can afford to wait 45 days for their money back. Also they don’t cover a dongle in person mental health provider in my area within 50 miles.

They have good inaurance and customer service however not a good place to work at. They are very clicky and if you don't fit in or join them outside of work, they would rather fire you and pay your unemployment than work with you. I had a baby and my baby sitters kept quitting. They didn't care. Yet my supervisor was having the same problems I was and she came and went as she pleased.. Figure that one out? Not a very upstanding and ethical place. I felt bullied.

went to pick up new RX for anti nausea medication and Regence DENIED COVERAGE. Next day I got a letter saying it was covered under my plan however they will NOT be reimbursing me....HUH? Guess I had good reasons to LEAVE regence 10 yrs ago, I just forhot. THEY DONT HAVE YOUR BACK ON CLAIMS. BLATANT DISREGARD FOR YOUR COVErAGE and have EVERY EXCUSE IN THE WORLD. Medicare wont do anything because its a PRIVATE company. Maybe the BBB is the next step. Whoever their "Pharmacy Manager" is NOT doing their job at ALL . Regence made my "NEVER AGAIN" list.

You just lost two stars because every month you make me pay big bucks for my Oxycodone when all my meds are supposed to be $3.70. That wasn't the deal! They pay for what they want to pay for, the rest you're on the hook for. Buyer beware.
