Reedsburg-Westfield Mutual Insurance

Today, I had a phone conversation with an employee from Reedsburg Westfield Mutual Insurance Co., and I was very disappointed by the experience. The individual I spoke with was extremely unprofessional—speaking in a rude tone, she was purposely avoidant, providing little assistance, and engaging in inappropriate back-and-forth behavior. The employee, who identified herself as being in "management," declined to provide her name when asked. Respectful and courteous customer service is a reasonable expectation, and unfortunately, that standard was not met in this instance. If I could give lower than no stars I would. -5 stars. (negative 5 stars)

Horrible and snotty customer service with everyone I have dealt with so far and especially Lisa the manager.. They Took on way too many customers at once and don’t know how to handle it or they are just plain snotty and don’t care. I’m happy to take my business elsewhere. I’d give zero stars if I could. Stay off my property! You ain’t welcome!! I got canceled now for fake reasons. 100% I can prove the reason they gave for cancellation is fake. It’s all because Lisa has an attitude
