When I recently reached out about a critical grace period, Jennifer initially told me there was none, then shifted to saying maybe 24 hours, without any apology for the conflicting and unclear information. When I asked a straightforward question about the payment process, she laughed. Her dismissive and unprofessional approach added unnecessary stress during an already urgent situation. As someone with disabilities and mental health challenges, this made me feel unsafe and unsupported by a company I’ve trusted for years. In contrast, Liberty Mutual’s team was calm, clear, and genuinely helpful. Any company that allows this level of disregard should seriously reconsider how it values its customers.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with your company and staff personal....they have gone above and beyond to get me back on my feet and allow me to operate my vehicle, which had been in storage during my Hospitalization ........And they all seem to have a great sense of friendly humor, that's a plus.
