Like a Bad Neighbor, State Farm Is There to Make It Worse We had a sudden water emergency... we believe that water started coming out of a clogged drain overnight, seeping under the floorboards. We called it in right away, and we called the professionals - plumbers, and mitigation companies to come out hours after we observed this. We turned to State Farm, expecting the company we’ve trusted for years to help us through this disaster. We got our first communication with this office from Cecile Campbell who wrote in her e-mail; “It is our job to make sure this claim goes well for you, and we want you to be completely satisfied throughout this process.” Sounds great, right? Got into an accident on my snowmobile the first of this month, the whole ordeal wasn’t the best. Snapsheet (adjusters) were awful, completely messed up my estimate, communication with them was even worse. On the bright side of things, Cecile was absolutely amazing and 1000 % deserves a raise or a promotion. She went above and beyond my expectations. From staying in touch, relaying information and down right getting things done for me when nobody else would. Without her help I wouldn’t know what I would have done. Long story short, Cecile is the only reason I’m giving this a 5 star instead of zero.

I had a great experience with Kerry. I was in process of a real estate transaction, and the current policy was terminated due to the owner's passing. I needed coverage until closing date. I reached out to Kerry to see if she could assist in this time sensitive situation. While I had spent days and weeks waiting for quotes from the prior agency, Kerry got right to work and had a quote for me in hours, not weeks. Everyone was very kind, understanding, knowledgeable. Clearly, they know their products and how best to serve their clients. I referred the other party in the transaction to Kerry, and they were able to insure with State Farm with a significant savings over a company she had contacted previously. Truly, a win for all involved!

Kalua did a wonderful job helping me with something thats been a thorn in my side for a while now; splitting up insurance after a separation. Honestly, this was maybe the 4th call I've made in about this, and each one inwas promised things were taken care of. Kalua ACTUALLY fixed it. Was an hour long process, but she got through it. Also added some stuff to my account for more value, and helped walked me through it all for very little extra. I wanted to let her bosses know she turned someone who was about to quietly go with a different insurance company change their mind. Thabk you!!

I recently purchased a home owners policy for my lake side property. The staff are efficient, professional and just great people to work with. Both Kerry and Tyler were patient as I was walked through the necessary questions to best acquire the correct coverage.
